Pricing & Plans

Are there any additional fees for joining?

We do not have initiation fees or other hidden fees. 
Just the membership fee and an annual fee that is charged in June.  

What are the plan lengths?  Can I pay month to month?

We offer 3, 6 and 12 month plans at a discounted rate.  Yes, month to month plans are available.

How do I cancel my membership?

Just send us an email requesting your membership cancelation
Please include your name and reason for cancelling your membership




*Cancelations must be received 3 business days prior to month end to prevent being charged for the following month.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, contact us any time to request a hold to your membership.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Yes, just contact us for details

I have a membership, but how do I get in the door?

Once you have purchased a membership you will receive an email with instructions about downloading our app to your smart phone.  The app works as your key.  Scan the app barcode at the door reader and wait for the beep and the door to unlock.
The email can take up to 15 minutes to receive and maybe directed to your spam folder.
If you have already created your account you can download the app directly with the links below.

I don't have a smart phone or don't want to use a device to enter.

No Problem - just contact us and we would be happy to provide you with an access card.

The Door at the Gym is not working?!

Make sure you give it a few seconds - From the time you scan your card or device it can take 1-5 seconds for the system to recognize your bar code and unlock the door.  
Scan your code, wait a few seconds (sometimes you can hear the lock click) then pull on the door.
You might need to wake it up - If the door scanner hasn't been used in a while it will go into power save mode (goes to sleep) and you will not see the scanner light.
Wave your card or device under the scanner for a few seconds - the motion should 'wake up' the scanner .
ITS STILL NOT WORKING!!! 
The scanner light will not come on, the scanner makes a strange beeping sound, or the door just won't unlock!

We understand your frustration - occasionally there is a power or internet disruption that causes our system to fail.  While these things are out of our hands, sometimes we can contact our service providers to reset things and be back open in 5-10 minutes.

We may not be able to resolve the issue right away every time - but this will help us track if/when there is a problem and work to resolve it.
